1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seevcash (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a supported region (currently the US, UK, EU, Ghana, and Nigeria) to use Seevcash. You must provide accurate identity verification information as required by applicable regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Transfers & Fees

All transfer fees and exchange rates are displayed transparently in our calculator before you confirm a transaction. Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and may change between the time you view a quote and confirm a transfer. Once a transfer is confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Seevcash to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Circumvent sanctions or regulatory restrictions
• Use the service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems

6. Regulatory Compliance

Seevcash operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet compliance requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seevcash is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party payment networks, banking partners, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Seevcash platform are owned by or licensed to Seevcash. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seevcash is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
