Freeze and cancel are different decisions.
Freezing temporarily stops new spending while preserving the card record. Cancellation is intended to close the card permanently.
Before creation
Eligibility and setup
Use the correct organization, complete verification if requested, set its transaction PIN, and review the available funding balance.
Funding
Review the source first
Choose an available source wallet, enter the amount, then review the source currency, fees, and resulting card balance.
Protection
Reveal details when needed
Protected card information requires confirmation. Avoid sharing screenshots that expose the full card details.
Recovery
Freeze before deciding
Freeze a misplaced card immediately. Cancel it when the card is permanently compromised or should be closed.
